Correct Standing Posture Ask your child to stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart in a natural, relaxed posture. No slouching, no stretching — just natural and comfortable. This ensures every measurement is accurate. |

Measuring the Chest Wrap the tape around the fullest part of the chest, keeping it level across the back and under the arms. The tape should lie flat — not too tight, not too loose. |
