1.  SALE DETAILS

•      This Flash Sale is exclusively offered by Funny Bones Clothings Private Limited through funnybones.in.
•      The sale is valid from 26 June 2025 at 9:00 PM (IST) to 28 June 2025 at 11:59 PM (IST). No orders placed outside this window will be eligible for the Flash Sale discount.
•      A flat discount of 25% is applicable on all eligible products listed on funnybones.in during the sale period.
•      The discount applies automatically at checkout on orders with a minimum cart value of Rs. 7,499 (after any prior deductions).
•      No discount code is required. The offer is auto-applied at checkout.
•      Funny Bones Clothings Private Limited reserves the right to end, modify, or extend the sale at any time without prior notice.
•      Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

2.  PRODUCT ELIGIBILITY

•      The End of Season Sale discount applies to products specifically included in the Sale collection on funnybones.in.
•      Certain products may be excluded from the Flash Sale at the sole discretion of Funny Bones Clothings Private Limited. Excluded products will display their regular price at checkout.
•      Products may be subject to availability.
•      Product images on the website are for representation purposes. Actual colours may slightly vary due to photographic lighting and screen display settings.

3.  ORDERING & PAYMENT

•      Orders can be placed only through funnybones.in during the sale window.
•      All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment must be completed online at the time of placing the order.
•      Accepted payment methods: UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking,Cash on Delivery and wallets as available on the checkout page.
•      Funny Bones Clothings Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price due to technical error.

4.  SHIPPING & DELIVERY

•      All orders placed during the Flash Sale will be processed and dispatched within 10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Express Delivery is Not Applicable.
•      Delivery timelines may vary based on the customer’s location and courier partner serviceability..
•      Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout and are non-refundable.
•      Funny Bones Clothings Private Limited is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
•      Customers will receive tracking information via WhatsApp or email once the order is dispatched.

5.  NO RETURN POLICY

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
All orders placed during the Flash Sale (26 June — 28 June 2025) are strictly FINAL SALE.
No returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
This policy is non-negotiable and applies to all products purchased during this sale window.
•      All Sale purchases are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any orders placed during this sale period, including in cases of change of mind, duplicate orders.
•      Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances for Sale orders, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or wrong product shipped (as covered under Section 6).
•      Customers are strongly advised to check size charts carefully before placing an order.
•      Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and confirmed.

6.  EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange is permitted — subject to the conditions below
Exchanges are allowed for size issues and manufacturing defects only, within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact.

Exchange Process:
1.    Raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp: +91-7567567636 or emailing sales@funnybones.in.
2.    Attach clear photographs of the product, including the tag and defect (if applicable).
3.    Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and confirm eligibility.
4.    Once approved, dispatch the original product using a trackable courier. Shipping charges for exchange return are to be borne by the customer.
5.    The replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 business days upon receipt of the original.
6.    Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or product. If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

7.  DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT

•      If you receive a defective product or a product different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs.
•      Upon verification, we will arrange for pickup and dispatch of the correct or replacement product at no additional cost.
•      This is the only exception under which a replacement is provided at our shipping cost.
•      Please do not use, wash, or remove tags from any product you intend to raise a complaint about.

8.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

•      Funny Bones Clothings Private Limited’s total liability in connection with any Sale order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that order.
•      We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of business or anticipated savings.
•      We are not responsible for typographical errors on the website. Prices are subject to correction prior to order confirmation.

9.  GENERAL CONDITIONS

•      By placing an order during the Sale, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
•      Funny Bones Clothings Private Limited reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on funnybones.in.
•      These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
