Returns, Exchanges & Modifications – Policy
- No cash refunds are offered under any circumstances.
- All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
- Returns are accepted strictly in case of manufacturing defects, informed within 7 days of delivery.
- Every outfit is thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch.
- Exchanges are allowed in case of size issues, limited to the same outfit only.
Returns (Manufacturing Defects Only)
- A manufacturing defect is reported within 7 days of delivery.

The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with:
- All return requests are subject to internal quality inspection prior to approval.
- A ₹200/- return processing fee applies to all approved returns.
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
- Exchanges are allowed only in case of size issues.
- Exchange is permitted for the same outfit only (no style or design change).
- Exchanges are complimentary (no exchange fee).
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchange approval is subject to product availability.
- Order modifications are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Requests received after 24 hours cannot be accommodated, as the order moves into production.
Store Credit (Online Credit Coupon)
- Issued only after the returned product clears quality inspection.
- Valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
- Redeemable on www.funnybones.in on a single purchase.
- Applicable on cart value equal to or higher than the store credit amount.
- Any excess amount must be paid by the customer.
- Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects.
- Defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt at sales@funnybones.in.
- Tags and seals must be intact.
- Returns must be shipped via registered mail at the customer’s own cost within 7 days of acknowledgment.
- Upon verification, store credit will be issued within 7 working days.
- No reverse pick-up is available for international orders.
Reverse Pick-Up (Domestic Orders)
- Reverse pick-up is available for domestic orders.
- If reverse pick-up is not serviceable, the return must be shipped by the customer at their own responsibility.
- Courier details and tracking number must be shared for confirmation.
