Getting the measurements right is the most important step to ordering the perfect outfit. Follow these four simple steps for accurate results every time.

Measurements Required for Customised Outfits

To ensure a comfortable and well-tailored fit for your little one, kindly share the following body measurements in inches.

Measurement-Taking Guide

1. Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the measuring tape comfortably snug and passing under the arms.

2. Shoulder Width: Measure across the back, from the tip of one shoulder to the tip of the other shoulder.

3. Sleeve Length: Measure from the shoulder tip down to the wrist, keeping the arm relaxed.

4. Mid-Stomach: Measure around the fullest part of the tummy, usually near the belly button.

5. Kurta Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder, near the neck, straight down to your desired kurta length.

6. Waist: Measure around the natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably snug.

7. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of the hips and bottom.

8. Pajama Length: Measure from the waistline down to the ankle or your preferred pajama length.

Important Guidelines

• Please provide actual body measurements without adding extra inches.

• Keep the measuring tape straight and comfortably snug, not too tight or loose.

• Ensure your child is standing naturally while measurements are taken.

• Our design team will add the necessary ease and fitting allowances based on the outfit's style.

A perfect fit begins with accurate measurements! 💛

If your child’s measurements fall between two standard sizes, we recommend opting for a custom size order. Simply WhatsApp us with your child’s exact measurements and our team will guide you to the perfect fit.

Our size guide is based on body measurements in inches, not standard age-based sizing. Since every child grows differently, always refer to our measurement guide rather than age labels for the best fit.

Since every FunnyBones outfit is handcrafted by skilled artisans, minor variations of up to ½ inch may occur. These are a natural part of the handmade process and do not affect the overall fit or finish of the garment.

Absolutely! We offer parent-child twinning looks on request. WhatsApp us at +91-7567567636 with both sets of measurements and our team will customise accordingly.

A soft measuring tape is all you need. Keep a notepad or your phone handy to note down each measurement, and have a second person assist for harder-to-reach areas.

Fitted clothing or just undergarments for the most accurate measurements. Avoid bulky or loose clothing that could add unnecessary inches to the reading.
